General Thaddeus E. “Thunderbolt” Ross (to be played by Harrison Ford) is a fictional character who appears in comic books published by Marvel Comics featuring the Hulk. In 2008, Ross was transformed into the Red Hulk to combat his nemesis, though he became more sympathetic towards Banner and eventually became a superhero.
