Orders Get Updated

Tracking numbers flow into your orders automatically

What You’ll Need

1️⃣ Your Tracking Link (from us)

Generate this for free in your account. It’s a URL that returns a CSV file with your tracking data.

2️⃣ A Way to Import CSV Data

Most e-commerce platforms have apps or built-in features that can import tracking from a CSV URL. Check your platform’s app store for “fulfillment sync”, “CSV import”, or “tracking import”.

💡 Platform Examples:

Shopify: Fulfill Sync, Syncio, or similar apps
WooCommerce: WP All Import, or custom integration
BigCommerce: Order fulfillment apps from the marketplace
Custom Platform: Any script that can fetch CSV via HTTP and update orders

How to Set It Up

1

Get Your Tracking Link

Go to My Account → Fulfillment Feed and click the button to generate your unique link.

⚠️ Important: Copy your link straight away — it only shows once!
2

Find a CSV Import Solution for Your Platform

Search your platform’s app store or marketplace for an app that can import fulfillment/tracking data from a CSV URL. Look for features like “CSV import”, “HTTP feed”, or “scheduled sync”.

3

Add Your Tracking Link

In your chosen app or integration, paste the tracking link from Step 1 as the CSV source URL.

4

Map the Columns

Configure your import app to map our CSV columns to your platform’s fields:

Our Column What It Contains Map To
customer_code Your account code with us (for reference only)
customer_po Your order reference number Order Number / Order ID
tracking_number The shipment tracking number Tracking Number
carrier Which courier is delivering Shipping Carrier
date Date the order was shipped Ship Date (optional)
code Product SKU SKU (optional)
qty Quantity shipped Quantity (optional)
💡 Key Fields: At minimum, you need to map customer_po (to match orders), tracking_number, and carrier. The other columns are optional.
5

Schedule Automatic Syncs

Set your import app to fetch the CSV automatically every few hours. We recommend every 2-4 hours for timely updates.

✅ That’s it!

From now on, when we ship your orders, the tracking numbers will automatically flow into your store and your customers will receive their tracking notifications.

Technical Details

For developers or custom integrations, here’s what you need to know:

  • Format: Standard CSV with headers
  • Encoding: UTF-8
  • Access: Simple HTTP GET request (no authentication after initial link generation)
  • Data: Returns shipments from the last 14 days by default
  • Updates: Data refreshes after our daily pickup (approximately 4pm AEST)

Important Tips

📝 Use your store’s order number as the PO

When placing orders with us, use your store’s order number (like #1234 or ORD-5678) as the Customer PO. This is how the system matches tracking to the right order.

⏰ When do tracking numbers appear?

Orders placed before 12pm ship same day. Tracking numbers are available after our 4pm pickup. Your sync will pick them up on the next scheduled run.

🔗 Lost your link?

No worries — just go to My Account → Fulfillment Feed and click “Regenerate”. You’ll get a new link (just remember to update it in your import app).

📊 Customise your feed (optional)

In your account settings, you can choose which columns appear and rename them if your import app needs specific column names.
