Shopify Setup Guide

Download the Shopify Stock Feed

Download our Shopify-formatted CSV file. This feed is specifically formatted for Shopify and includes all product details, SKUs, pricing, and descriptions.

Import Products to Shopify

In your Shopify Admin, go to Products → Import, upload the downloaded CSV file, review the import preview, and confirm. Products will be imported with all details ready to go.

Configure Webhook Integration (Recommended)

Connect your Shopify store to automate order fulfillment. Orders will automatically flow from your Shopify store to our fulfillment platform — no manual order entry required.

Fulfillment Feed (Tracking Sync)

Automatically sync tracking numbers from our fulfillment system to your Shopify store using our secure CSV feed. Compatible with Fulfill Sync, Matrixify, and other CSV-based import tools.

Order online using your normal B2B account

Select the “Direct to Customer” option at checkout

Ensure order is placed before 12pm for same-day shipping

Receive confirmation email with connote (activated after 4pm manifest)

Important: Orders sync every 20 minutes. Once placed, cancellation is not possible through the system. Call 03 9755 7739 for urgent cancellations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a service charge?

Yes, there is a 15% Handling Fee for each dropship order. Fees are calculated at checkout or automatically by our API.

How fast is the turnaround?

Orders placed before 12pm are shipped the same day. During peak season (15 July – 1 November), there may be a delay of up to 1 additional business day.

How are returns handled?

Customer returns are handled by you, the retailer. Rubie’s Deerfield will honour credits for faulty/incorrect stock as per our regular returns and refunds policy.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value required for dropship orders.

Can I dropship all products?

No. Large and bulky items, candy bowls, and NECA products are excluded from our dropshipping service.
