How to Set It Up

Get Your Tracking Link

Go to My Account → Fulfillment Feed and click the button to generate your link.

⚠️ Important: Copy your link straight away — it only shows once!

Install Fulfill Sync on Shopify

Go to your Shopify admin and install the Fulfill Sync app from the App Store. They have a free plan that works great.

Paste Your Link

In Fulfill Sync, go to Settings → CSV Import and paste your tracking link from Step 1.

Match the Columns

Tell Fulfill Sync which columns match which fields. Here’s what each column contains:

💡 For Fulfill Sync: You mainly need to map customer_po → Order Name, tracking_number → Tracking Number, and carrier → Shipping Carrier. The other columns are optional.

Set It to Run Automatically

Set Fulfill Sync to check every few hours. We recommend every 2-4 hours.

From now on, when we ship your orders, the tracking numbers will automatically appear in your Shopify orders and your customers will get their tracking emails.

Important Tips

📝 Use your Shopify order number as the PO

When placing orders with us, use your Shopify order number (like #1234) as the Customer PO. This is how the system matches everything up.

⏰ When do tracking numbers appear?

Orders placed before 12pm ship same day. Tracking numbers are available after our 4pm pickup. Your sync will pick them up on the next scheduled run.

🔗 Lost your link?

No worries — just go to My Account → Fulfillment Feed and click “Regenerate”. You’ll get a new link (just remember to update it in Fulfill Sync).

📊 Customise your feed (optional)

In your account settings, you can choose which columns appear and rename them if needed. Most people don’t need to change anything.
